

My path in to the Consumer Packaged Goods world started while I was still enrolled at The University of Georgia. A buddy of mine was just finishing an internship with Dewalt Black and Decker and asked if I would be interested in back filling his position. I took the offer and it became my first ingress of a 22+ year career in developing, selling, merchandising and managing products.

My professional journey has been very divergent...embracing domestic and international leadership roles in sales, sales management, sales support, service, and marketing...with a true passion for holistic business development.
I have lead award winning teams working in all major channels of trade from home center to eComm...being recognized as vendor of the year on more than one occasion with more than one company.

I believe performance metrics, and all things analytics, drive the success of a program...I know I have been the most successful in my career when understanding consumer behavior was paramount, and personal opinion was removed from the equation...and last, but not least, if you do not take care of your brand advocates, then someone else will.
